I truly love every single wedding that I have the opportunity of shooting, but on occasion, there is the wedding that just sticks out among the others because of their story or their history. Fredelin and Danielle’s wedding was absolutely one of those. Their love story is one of the most beautiful and intricate stories I have ever had the privilege of knowing and capturing that could have only been designed by the Lord. On a mission trip to Haiti, my sweet bride, Danielle, went as part of a branch of Shoreline Church to help start a foundation for a boy’s home in her brother’s name who had tragically passed away years ago. This trip was life changing for her and so many other people. She both fell in love with the country and its people and met Fredelin. Their story grew from there and though they now reside in the States, they have plans to permanently move to Haiti and continue living there as missionaries. There was so much love laced in every detail throughout the day. Between each other, their families and literally every person involved. I was moved to tears on MORE than one occasion. Thankful for the opportunities I have to witness such powerful stories. Here are some snippets from their day becoming the Germain’s.
